Which way Nigeria?

From the look of things, where is the change coming from if the Nigerian Embassy and Immigration services can not look into passport issues.

Nigerians in diaspora get happy seeing the officials for passport issuance, thinking that their problems are solved but unknown to them the officials are out to rip them off.

In December a group came to Northern Cyprus for passport issuance and knowing that these are students, the price for passport renewal was lifted from $100 to $180, they talked the students into believing that they were going to be giving the updated passport which is 64 pages, no problems some students paid while others went as far as selling their properties to get the money for the passport but despite the delays passports were brought on the 5th of June and the students were scammed cause they where given the 32 pages passport despite the renewal.

The "BIG QUESTION" is:
Where is the change and why the rip off ?
Do these officials have kids?
